David Meister is a strategic, hands-on financial executive with significant experience in the middle market. His appealing combination of financial acumen, business savvy, and strategic sensibility was developed over a progressive 30+ year career.

David has served public and private companies in the media, Internet, consumer brands, advertising, technology, and financial services industries, and was part of the original team that conceived and launched Telemundo Group, Inc., the Spanish language television network now owned by NBCUniversal.

During his career, he has worked on more than 50 M&A transactions having an aggregate nominal value of $1 billion and raised debt and equity with total proceeds exceeding $800 million. David has been successful in creating shareholder value, building businesses, implementing processes, completing acquisitions, raising capital, upgrading systems and procedures, and providing credible financial reporting to all stakeholders.

Although he has a strategic mindset, David is comfortable contributing to the day-to-day, as necessary because of his high-level skills in the areas of acquisitions, financial analysis, modeling, projections and forecasting, capital formation, budgeting, negotiations, cash flow enhancement, accounting systems, GAAP & SEC financial reporting, and turnaround management.

David has proven experience with investor, banking, and auditor relationships as well as experience presenting at the Board level. David received his MBA in Finance/Accounting from the Simon Business School, University of Rochester, and a BA in Political Science/Economics from the University of Rochester.
