WHO Releases Guidelines on Reducing Risk of Cognitive Decline and Dementia

Dementia affects 50 million people worldwide. That number is expected to triple in 30 years. Although age is the strongest risk factor for cognitive decline, dementia is not an inevitable consequence of aging. There is a lot you can do to reduce your risk.
