You Are What You Eat: How Food Affects Your Skin

It’s May Day.  As days get longer we will be exposed to increasing amounts of beautiful sunshine.  But too much sun is bad for your skin.

Here’s the good news: Olivino™ may act as a natural sunscreen!  Olivino provides:

·       Polyphenols (from olives)

·       Proanthocyanidins (from grapes)

·       Lycopene (from tomatoes)

These ingredients have been shown to protect the skin against the detrimental effects of UV radiation, which may cause photoaging (wrinkles) and skin cancer, the most common form of cancer.

Be good to your skin!  Take 2 Olivino capsules daily – and always use sunscreen.
